Counselling and Re-Membering Support

Beginning counselling can take courage.

Lyla’s Place offers therapeutic support rooted in steadiness, reflection, and careful attention to lineage, nervous system, and lived experience.

Individual counselling is offered alongside a reflective approach that is

psychologically grounded and professionally informed, while also recognising that none of us exist in isolation.

Our histories, families, cultures, and inherited experiences shape how we carry ourselves in the present.

This work gently explores those influences within a steady, therapeutic framework. It is steady work, collaborative and paced carefully. You are not expected to have everything figured out before reaching out.

WHAT I OFFER

• Individual counselling (online)
• Re-Membering practice (lineage-informed healing work)
• Occasional small group circles

My work integrates therapeutic training, creative practice, and ancestral awareness. It remains grounded, ethical, and client-led.
